Duration: 4–6 weeks | Fully Remote
Covers: Windows/macOS troubleshooting, Active Directory basics, Microsoft 365, VoIP setup, ticketing systems (Jira/ServiceNow), remote desktop tools (AnyDesk/TeamViewer), and ITIL fundamentals. Leads to CompTIA A+ exam prep.
Customer Care & CX Excellence
Duration: 2–3 weeks | Fully Remote
Covers: Inbound/outbound call handling, CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk), email and chat support best practices, de-escalation techniques, quality assurance, and CSAT metrics. Industry simulations included.
Data Analyst Fundamentals
Duration: 6–8 weeks | Fully Remote
Covers: SQL fundamentals to advanced querying, Power BI dashboard development, Excel/Google Sheets mastery, Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy), data visualization principles, and ETL concepts.
Cybersecurity Analyst (SOC Tier I)
Duration: 8 weeks | Fully Remote
Covers: Network security fundamentals, Microsoft Sentinel SIEM, log analysis, threat intelligence, incident response procedures, Zscaler, and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, NIST). Prepares for CompTIA Security+.
Medical Coding & Billing
Duration: 4–6 weeks | Fully Remote
Covers: ICD-10-CM/PCS coding, CPT codes, medical billing lifecycle, EHR navigation (Epic, Cerner basics), HIPAA compliance, and claim submission. Prepares for CPC exam.
Sales Development & CRM
Duration: 2–3 weeks | Fully Remote
Covers: B2B prospecting strategies, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email and calling techniques, CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce), pipeline management, and objection handling frameworks.
